Rusuntogel Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rusuntogel platform — whether through the website at rusuntogel.my or via the associated mobile application — you expressly agree to be bound in full by these Terms & Conditions. This includes our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules published from time to time.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the rusuntogel platform and close your account if you have one. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed automatic acceptance of those changes.

The rusuntogel platform is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Please ensure you qualify before creating an account:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be resident in or physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform
• Never been adjudicated as mentally incapacitated or declared bankrupt by any court
• Not appearing on any gambling self-exclusion list
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other person or corporate entity

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at rusuntogel. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with all balances subject to investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. rusuntogel reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Your rusuntogel account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Notify rusuntogel immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation

Rusuntogel will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. However, we are committed to assisting in the investigation of any complaints relating to unauthorised access that are reported promptly.

Rusuntogel supports only legitimate and recognised payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other Malaysian online banking methods listed on the platform from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: RM 50,000 per day (subject to your account limits)
• Deposited funds are typically credited within 3–5 minutes after bank confirmation
• Deposits that are not processed within 30 minutes should be reported to customer support

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified under your name.

• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallet methods
• FPX transfers and online banking: 1–3 business days
• Rusuntogel reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000
• Withdrawals that have not met the bonus rollover requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled

Rusuntogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, accumulator bonuses and special match promotions. All offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, applicable to the first deposit only
• The rollover requirement for sports bonuses is 5x the bonus amount received, at minimum odds of 1.50
• The rollover requirement for casino bonuses is 25x the bonus amount received
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited or they will expire automatically
• Rusuntogel reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• All decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final

Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or any form of bonus arbitrage (bonus abuse), is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings and balances.

All sports betting on rusuntogel — covering Malaysian Super League football, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, MPL MY esports and all other sports — is subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under conditions specified in the applicable market rules
• Rusuntogel reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet for reasonable causes including odds errors, market manipulation, or suspicious activity
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless specific market conditions state otherwise
• In-play bets are final once confirmed — no cancellations are permitted after a bet outcome has been recorded by the system
• The minimum bet is RM 1 and the maximum varies depending on the market type, league and user account
• The maximum payout for a single bet ticket is RM 500,000 and RM 1,000,000 for accumulators

For football matches, full time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) is the standard period unless a specific market states otherwise. Bets on extra time or penalty shootouts will be placed under separate dedicated markets.

The Live Casino and slots sections at rusuntogel operate using a random number generation (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by an accredited third party. All game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• All casino games use certified RNG technology with pre-set and disclosed return-to-player (RTP) rates
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed casino studios
• Any technical disruption during an active game — including internet outages or server interruptions — will be handled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that game
• Bets placed during a technical disruption that prevents results from being verified may be voided and stakes refunded
• The use of automated strategies or software (bots) to play casino games is strictly prohibited

Rusuntogel users are required to conduct themselves appropriately in all interactions on the platform, including during live chat sessions with customer support. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools to manipulate the system
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate the system
• Using insider information or confidential data to gain an unfair advantage in betting
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the rusuntogel platform
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to hack into the system or access another user's data
• Acting in a threatening, harassing, or abusive manner towards rusuntogel staff

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and outstanding winnings, and legal action where applicable.

Rusuntogel takes user wellbeing seriously. We offer several options for users who wish to manage or limit their use of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can wager within a given period
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account — this option cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months

• Rusuntogel is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Odds information, statistics and tips provided on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any betting outcome
• Rusuntogel is not liable for betting decisions made based on inaccurate information sourced from outside our platform
• Rusuntogel's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the balance held in the user's account at the time of the incident

Betting carries financial risk. rusuntogel urges all users to bet responsibly and only with money they can afford to lose. Past winnings are no guarantee of future results.

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding your use of the rusuntogel platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Include full details such as your account number, date, time, and a thorough description of the issue encountered
• Our team will investigate complaints within 5 business days and provide a written response
• If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may request a review by senior management within 30 days

Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body appointed by the licensing authority that issued rusuntogel's operating licence. The decision of this independent body is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which rusuntogel holds its operating licence. For users in Malaysia, all matters relating to personal data protection are subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

Rusuntogel reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to inform users via in-platform announcements for material changes. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the rusuntogel platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.
